I'm currently 12 dpo and have had BFNs the last 3 days (I haven't tested today - waiting for missed period at this point). The last 3 days or so I've had this painless fluttering in my lower right abdomen that's almost like what it felt like when I was pregnant with my son and could feel him kicking. Obviously there's no baby kicking this time but is that possibly implantation? I've had no bleeding and really no other symptoms. It's only on the right side and it happens randomly. When I've googled this, it says it can be an early sign of pregnancy. Has anyone ever had this happen in early pregnancy or even before they found out they were pregnant?
