Ovulation bleeding

I'm 9 days past my period. I went to the bathroom to pee and when I went to wipe some clear sticky cm with a small amount of blood in the middle dripped out. It was red and isnt left over blood from my period because the was done a while ago. Does anyone think this is ovulation bleeding
