Weight loss
My boyfriend and I have been together for 2 years, and over the course of this 2 years, he has slowly put on weight... he's definitely been aware of it, but it's only recently he's decided he wants to shed some pounds. I want to give him as much love and support as much I possibly can to assist him in reaching his goals, but it's difficult to help in any way as we only see each other once or twice a week. Any ideas how I can help without making him feel self conscious and affect his self esteem? It's getting to the point where his health is as risk :(
