I found a trailer for sale on craigslist a week or two ago and the person wanted me to perchase jt through eBay, using eBay gift cards. It was $2,000 and I loaded up gift cards and called the eBay number that was on the email. Well long story short I did that, got an email saying it would be delivered in 3 days, and then I had 5 days to inspect it and if I decided I didn't want it, ebay won't give me my money back and the seller would have to pay to return the unwanted trailer. Well then a day after the confirmation email, I got an email saying I needed to put another Grand down to insure it through eBay (and a full refund after delivery.) Well I can't pay that so I asked the seller to and she never did, so the trailer never arrived and I am looking more into and I definitely think I just got scammed 😭 I feel so damn stupid and haven't told my parents, I have no idea what to do, it seemed so legit, and I read every email and everything to my aunt and she pushed me to go through with it! But here I am out 2k an without a trailer 😭
