5 month old sleeping in swing

She has been sleeping in a swing since 2 months old. She naps in the crib or on the bed on her belly or back. ( durning the day she's hardly in the swing. She takes 3 naps a day) But at night she loves the swing. I've tried putting her in the crib or my bed with no luck. Even after rocking her??? Anyone have tips on getting her to sleep at night in her crib??? She sleeps a good 10-11 hrs in the swing so it's gonna hurt trying to get her in the crib;(
