Anterior placenta??

Question

so I was told last week I had an anterior placenta but I have no idea what that means or if it will.cause anything in the future?
any help is appreciated!

It just means your placenta is in the front of your uterus so it can block the sensation of some of the babies movements. I have one also and started feeling movement around 17 weeks and will be 30 weeks tomorrow, he moves all over the place now! You can see it and feel it and it's been that way for weeks now. It's nothing to worry about.

I have one also- dr just said it would take longer to feel movements and kicking.  I started feeling kicking regularly at 22 weeks 4 days.
