How many does your baby sleep @ night?
In total, not necessarily straight, but how many total hours does your baby sleep in the night time? I keep reading different guidelines as to what is appropriate. Some say a baby should sleep 11 or 12 hours where others say 9-11 hours, I'm just trying to get a estimate by seeing the different times that your little ones are sleeping. Also has this changed at all as baby is getting older? Thanks a bunch.
Iiam is 13 weeks old. He goes to sleep around 9:30, wakes to feed once, and falls asleep doing so. Then sleeps until 7:30-8am (roughly) most of the time.
We're working on an earlier bedtime, as he's tired around 8 pm but he usually only catnaps.
So we're starting to work on moving bedtime.
Idk if he's getting enough night time sleep in? Avg is 9-10.5hrs but it still varies some.
