me & my bf don't wear condoms bc i'm on the pill but i've been missing days on accident, i take them when i remember though, anyways he said that he thinks he came in me but most of it was on my back and i'm super scared now that my period is late by 3 days, but then again i have polycystic ovarian syndrome so i have irregular periods sometimes...idk what to think

I'd take a test just to make sure... and maybe think about changing your form of bc if you're not good at being consistent with it.. that's exactly why I never even thought to go in the pill

First of all I think you really need to use condoms until you get into the habit of taking your pill 100% correctly as ONE missed pill can get you pregnant. Sperm can stay inside of you for multiple days (can't remember exactly) so that means even if you didn't have sex that day it's still possible to get pregnant. Precum can also get you pregnant but it isn't as likely. I'd say wait two weeks, if you haven't got your period by then take a pregnancy test.
