TMI! discharge pictures

So I've been trying to get pregnant for about 1yr or so. But nothin has worked.. so since yesterday morning my stomach has be TIGHT && IVE BEEN CRAMPING ALOT!! So today about 5 mins ago I went to take a shower && I had this? What could it mean? Period??
