16 and PREGNANT

I am 16 years old. My fiancé is 19 years old, and we are pregnant!! When we go for tests and check ups, do my parents need to come? Do they need to sign anything? Or could the father of the baby just sign and stuff? I wasn't planning on telling them at all because it is NONE of their business. Now before I get negativity, I just don't want to hear it ok? I want serious answers and suggestions and/or support. Thank you. 😊
