Anyone else experience this?

I'm 13w1d,
I'm experiencing cramps in my lower abdominal area and these weird pains between my leg and private area I believe they are called round ligament pains, is this normal though? Like the cramping? And my breasts are still super sensitive!!!!! 
This is my second pregnancy and I might sound crazy but I swear I feel the baby moving at night or early in the morning.

Sounds like round ligament pain to me. When I experienced it, at times it was almost too painful to walk. My doctor suggested taking Tylenol and dealing with it.
