you'll probably have to sit in a chair with your feet up in stirrups, so they can examine down there. out might feel weird, but they know what they are doing and should be professionals about it.
also, mine used lube to put a camera or light or something in there. I don't know what cause it kind of freaked me out. I wasn't expecting it and it felt hella weird. so, be prepared.

For your annual exam? Yes you'll take your shirt off. They'll tel you to pee in a cup probably, tell you to get undressed then do a breast exam (literally it's like 30 second and not that awkward and then you can cover up again) and then they'll do a pap and culture. That is just uncomfortable but doesn't hurt at all.
