So my in laws booked a room for 4 in a guest house... and then when they realised it was a guests house and not a hotel they made a scene at reception for about 4 hours - shouting and saying nonsense.. and now they keep complaining about everything.

We came to my country (it should've been one of the most special trips) but instead they started to act nonsense saying that they wanted their money back - when they clearly booked for this. They should've read before buying i guess. The dad keeps being rude to the staff and acting irrational... I just wanted to enjoy my godamn holidays, in such a special place to me... and they've ruined it with their behaviour. I feel ashamed for being with them and sad for all their negativity...
