When is a good time for a 3d ultrasound

I had a 3d ultrasound at 19 weeks to find out the gender but she wasn't very big so I was wondering when would be the best time to get another 3d ultrasound?

I saw my little boy at 19 weeks 4 days
Then 24 weeks 6 days

And finally at 28 weeks 6 days (my opinion around this time was the best)

They say the best time for 3d is starting at 28 weeks so you can see all the features and there's some fat on them. I've seen a few turn out at 24 weeks. I'm going 28 because I really want to see how he looks.
