So today I did my booking in appointment. It was quick and easy because it's my 4th baby 😁 but my third c-section which isn't my choice but the hospital in my town won't allow vbacs so it's what has to happen. I checked out the new labour ward single rooms for all the mums which is fabulous all with their own ensuite so no sharing a bathroom. Even though I don't really mind it just makes it easier. To top it all off the most amazing thing I've heard even though it's a public hospital my OH is allowed to stay the first night with me. Which will make it so much easier. I won't need to press the buzzer every time my baby cries until I can get out of bed myself my OH will be able to be there to do it for me. Which is magical in my eyes. It also means he'll get to be with his baby for almost 48 hours until they kick him out again. I know a lot of people already get this but this is new to our little hospital. It's made me super happy and I can't wait until November is here.
