My baby is five months old. I started on solids on pediatrician's suggestion. Now my milk supply has dropped very low. I'm depressed. My Little one sucks with hunger and then cries in frustration. He usually feeds only for 5 minutes when exclusively breastfed fed and feels full. Now, he keeps sucking for more than 20 minutes(while asleep)and still hungry. My heart is breaking coz he's not taking solid foods too seriously either. And he's always in hunger. This hurts me very much. What hurts the most is MIL and SIL doesn't understand that my milk is not enough for him and forcing me emotionally to breast feed. I'm putting my baby in hunger and he couldn't sleep well coz of this. It's the worst thing ever. I'm a bad mom. It's been like this for a week now. Please suggest me a way to increase milk supply. I'm taking Galactagogue capsules and some herbs in milk. I'm so broken. Please help.
