Okay so, I'm not trying to conceive, in fact My app is set to avoid pregnancy. Im just not sure where to post this!

I'm taking the pill after we lost our son at 22w on the 29th of May. I'm in my fertile window according to this app.. I'm not actively tracking or anything so I'm not sure when I ovulated or if I have at all yet. My first real period after delivering him finished on the 6th of July and it last the normal amount of days (5), nothing out of the ordinary. My next period is due August 1st. Today at work I felt a bit of a gush and thought it was just cervical mucus honestly because I'm just coming out of my fertile week. I went to the toilet and noticed I was spotting. It was pink in colour with no clots. Stained my underwear a little but not much. And a little when I wiped. I had a little cramp afterwards but absolutely nothing since. No more spotting or anything it was a once off. I haven't missed any of my pills and we had sex 3 nights ago about a day or two into my fertile window.. do any of you ladies have any insight to what it might be?

I have been pregnant 4 times (two living children, one stillborn and one ectopic) and not once ever have I had implantation bleeding or ovulation bleeding.. so I'm completely stumped and lost. I'm petrified to fall pregnant again as our son had severe birth defects and we're still grieving heavily for our boy. I'm not ready.
