Ningxia red?!

Question

Anyone take the young living ningxia red supplement juice while pregnant? On the back it says contact dr however many drs aren't really aware of it. Thanks ladies!

I love Young Living Products! They have a blog on their websites about oils and pregnancy and which products others have used. I asked my doctor about using oils during pregnancy and of course they have no experience in using them so told me to avoid. I'm not avoiding them as I have used them consistently for two years prior to getting pregnant. The oils I've read to stay away from during pregnancy are fennel, clary sage, hyssop - and blends that contain them. I use oils in moderation and often dilute. I also drink ningxia red and take multigreens.

Yes! I have been taking it throughout my pregnancy currently 29 weeks. I noticed it really helps with energy. If I don't take for a couple days I can really tell based off my energy levels. I also started alkalime daily because I was having digestive issues & it has fixed my problem.

I've taken Ningxia for my entire pregnancy (19 weeks now) and haven't had any issues. Actually I think it's helped with my energy.  I love it & lots of women in my upline have recommended using it & used it themselves so I felt comfortable taking it.

I used doTerra oils throughout my pregnancy. In moderation of course. I don't have experience with Young living but I can say my doctor wanted me to be very cautious my experience has been the doctors don't know much about oil and the use of it so they want you to tread lightly or not at all.

yes it's totally fine, as long as you don't do crazy amounts because it kinda kinda be almost like a detox to the body...but I love that stuff so when I'm not spending on oils then I buy that and drink it...apparently there's claims that it helps with lowering high blood pressure and different "dangerous" stuff during pregnancy...took it with my last pregnancy and all was good...also check out pinterest on safe oils for pregnancy, tones of helpful charts and stuff
