Stay at home or daycare?

I own a daycare center - so I'm pro daycare! 😍 As long as you have access to the center any point and time during the day - pop in unannounced and check on your kids!

I work part time, 3 days per week 10 hour shifts. Those days my daughter goes to daycare and the other days I stay home with her. If I went full time, I would be spending that extra 20k or whatever on daycare costs and be making what I make now working part time.

We both work full time with similar hours. Day care 100%. There are a couple great ones in town so we are comfortable with our decision.

my neighbor just lost a child while at daycare center due to abuse. It was just too close to home and it was a legitimate day care. The person passed the background and everything. It was just too close to home for me!

I'm hoping for my mama to be able to keep my baby for the second semester of school. I'm a teacher. Then, once he's gotten a little bigger we will probably start daycare.
