im lost wtf!!! ***TMI sorry****

im now 5 days late im crying at the drop of a hat . i have a weird taste in my mouth which is constantly dry . and i feel not sick but like car sick but not vomiting . ...my period is usually on time lately as i have took measures to correct them and when my period comes they are heavy and very very painful . 4 dpo i had spotting but thought we had just over did it on the BD part (sorry 😶) now 5 days late ...this is happening ..⬇️and ive tested this morning and got BFN 😟 any input advise ladies would be so appreciated t.i.a xx
