Creamy/lotion-like CM

AF is due tomorrow but I've been having cramps for about a week now. Today I noticed really thick cream coloured CM and just wondering if it was an early pregnancy symptom for anyone or if it's a normal sign AF is coming. I usually dry up before AF and never have cramps until she's actually here! Not getting my hopes up just want to know everyone else's experiences :)
