Odd periods

I'm 14 and I started my period last summer, it lasted 9 days and I would get it every 2 months so it was irregular, i wouldn't get them on the same days or near and it randomly changed and i got them 2 months in a row ( that's obviously normal for other people) and went from 9 days to 3 and I got them on the same days ? I'm sure my body is just adjusting to go to a regular cycle, just want other opinions
