help i have no idea

so recently i've been sexually active but using protection. my last period was unusually light and i had no side effects but shortly after it was over i've been getting cramps, eating a lot, and i noticed i passed a browish clot and i've been having red in my discharge. i also have a cold sore near my mouth. any idea what's going on???
