Will drinking diet soda REALLY affect fertility?

Honestly, I have no idea. It seems like EVERYTHING can affect TTC. People say don't drink coffee, don't drink alcohol, don't drink soda. Of course, lots of coffee, alcohol, and soda isn't healthy, but the reality of life is sometimes you just need a coke or some wine lol. I cut back on so of those things while TTC, was so frustrated and obsessed, and when I finally quit TTC I would come home and have a glass of wine every night with dinner, I had two cups of coffee a day, and if I wanted a soda I had it. That is the month I got pregnant, and so far my baby is doing well!

Caffeine can delay ovulation. That's all I've heard, in regards to drinking soda.
