sex problem

OK so... I really need help I have stage fright during sex as soon as it's time for sex my body shuts down and I can't do anything as much as I want to jump on him!!!! but my body won't let me and I feel comfortable with my body with my man everything but also when I'm having sex and and apparently I finish my vagina pulses but I can hardly feel it and my man has to help me what do I do to fix it :(
