I'm so confused with what my daughter has been doing lately. 2 days ago she went all day feeding every 6 hours when she would always be 3-4 hours between feedings. After that, she was feeding every 4 hours again, but went from 40-45 min feeds to 20-30. She used to feed on one side well until I felt it was time to switch her to the other. Now she spits out the nipple and will cry and pull away until I put her on the other side. I'm worried she's getting too much foremilk now since last night her poo was foamy and I read that could be from not enough hindmilk. Anyone else go through this? I realize that both she and my body will become so efficient in breastfeeding that the time it takes will diminish, but I didn't think it would be so soon, so suddenly and with symptoms like foamy poo! What gives?
