Before I was pregnant I had thought I had bad period pains but after I had my little bundle of joy omg my period pains is so bad I can't even sleep good I don't like taking meds for my pain but I might need to now that my cramps got worse.i had lots of friends who said after they had there kids they didn't get cramps for 3 years so hear I am listening to there stories and saying that's good but after I had mine nope lol my cramps got worse any suggestions of what I should do for my cramps
