Pregnancy Announcements?? I need some help!

We have already decided how to announce to my in-laws but I can't decide how to announce to my parents! Ours will be grandchild number 9 for them so I can't decide how to make my pregnancy still seem exciting! Anybody got any ideas??

with my first pregnancy,  I wrote a poem. We went out to eat as a family,  and i had the waitress deliver the poem to my FIL. at first he was like huh? but my MIL snatched it and knew exactly what was going on.
