I'm 11 weeks pregnant with twins and one of which they believe that will "vanish" over time. Up until 4 days ago I had all the usual pregnancy symptoms.... heaviness bloated feeling, frequent bathroom breaks, sore breast, nausea, very fatigue and cramps with sharp pains... it seems like all has stopped and I don't feel pregnant and no signs at all... everyone says not to freak out til I bleed... but I have a bad feeling... just wish I could see my baby or hear a heartbeat which I can't detect with home Doppler... anybody have this happen to them?
