So I've been at this job for almost a year, I'm the only employee... but I'm bored so I want to get a new job, I've already sent out a few resumes and got calls back for interviews... I feel bad though because I know if I quit he's going to have a hard time finding a replacement and he just opened up another business that has been taking up all his time.

I'll give him 2 weeks notice if I do get hired somewhere else... I feel so guilty though, like I'm doing something wrong, I've tried to tell him... like I'm not going to be around for much longer maybe you'll want to start looking for someone new... but he hasn't

My last job wasn't so bad leaving cause there were plenty of employees.

Any advice? Any similar stories?
