Anyone experience this..TMI and sorry so long

So I had a d&c on March 4 and had a pretty quick recovery, no bleeding after but what I thought was a new period started 5 days post d&c. I called the doctor and and she said that if it was bright red then it's my period. It lasted 5 days. When the bleeding stopped, I had unprotected sex.

I went in for my 2 week post d&c follow up and the doctor gave me the all clear to try again if Im ready. So I went home and had unprotected sex. This was last Thursday. By late night last Sunday, I passed a huge clot the size of a hockey puck, and only bled when I sat on the toilet. I did not bleed at all on a pad.

I went in to the doctor and she was unsure what was happening because of the d&c..she did not notice any additional bleeding. She put me on an antibiotic to prevent infection and took my bloodwork. My hcg was at 73. I go back next week to follow up and to take more bloodwork.

Is this normal?

Anyone experience this?

Could I possibly be pregnant again?
