I'm confused as the only test I had on the 12th was my thyroid panel?

I have a low level of thyroid. Definitely get medication for that as it can play a factor in struggling to conceive. I feel so much better now my levels are normal.

It says you had tests done not test so they checked more than just your tsh. they would have also checked your fsh/lh ratio as these are tests used to diagnose pcos.

Your thyroid affects a lot within your body; moods, digestion, hormones, fertility, weight, unpredictable bowels, low sex drive, etc. Hypothyroidism is extremely common in women with PCOS. I hppe you're able to get everything regulated. 😘

Looks like your findings were consistent with PCOS as well as a Thyroid problem

either they ran some additional tests after the fact, or they combined all your previous lab results, and/or they are factoring in the results of your TSH (part of a thyroid testing) as  evidence/confirmation of you having PCOS.
