I have had roughly 9 months of TTC. We are using temperature (which I still don't completely understand) OPK (first response digital) and CM to try and guide us toward when we should inseminate.

When I get a +OPK I call the donor and we inseminate either that night and the next day, or the next two days.

Am I doing it wrong?

We use preseed, because I find my CM isn't the most generous at times...

Anyone have any different theories that work!?
