I'm pregnant and I want to lose weight before gaining even more weight.
So I just found out I'm pregnant and I'm 5 weeks. I've been struggling with my weight for awhile now. I was always just too lazy to do anything about it. But, now that I'm pregnant.. it was deff a wake up call to change. My biggest troubled areas are my arms, stomach & thighs. I've seen woman that have super small skinny arms and legs and just have a baby bump. I realllly want to look like that. I know I shouldn't compare my body to any other mom or just anyone in general but that's always been my dream body goal. Especially now that I'm preg.. I don't wanna look heavy. Is there anyway I can lose the fat I have now and get super skinny in my troubled areas (especially my arms) before and while I start to show in my pregnancy?? Or is it too late to achieve this?
