Am I too big???

I'm only 11 weeks and 2 days I just want to know if I'm too big? Everyone keeps telling me I'm having twins cause I've gotten big fast and it's not bloating I'm belly is hard like a pregnant belly.

Is this your first pregnancy?? I know it's common to show faster after your first. I started showing around 7/8 weeks with my second (didn't start showing til about 16 weeks with my first)

I mean it kinda looks like it to me with my first ultra sound. My doctor went super fast with my  US. I just don't know what do you guys think?
