July makes month 12 ttc 😭

Is it still possible to conceive without a doctor's help? I'm 32, and have a 10 year old son. My honey is also 32 and has a 10 year old daughter ... now I'm officially concerned why we haven't been able to get our much wanted bfp yet. I don't want to see a doctor, I want this naturally. Opinions or thoughts please??
