I have never been pregnant but i do know that depression can be was of the most suffocating illnesses. Luckily im on my road to recovery and im almost at the finish line 👌💕

I have anxiety and my therapist is trying to tell me that trying to concieve isn't the right choice right now. Which I understand her point, but do not run my life lol.

I have been struggling for many years with generalized anxiety disorder and have tried meds, counseling, and finally this year, hypnosis. I just finished weaning off my meds and started the process when I learned I was pregnant. Of course a side effect of withdrawal is increased anxiety so the past few weeks have been challenging. I try to practice my self hypnosis and positive affirmations I learned but I definitely need to do it more . I recommend hypnosis to anyone with a repetitive problem. It worked for my dad to quit smoking when I was little.
