My cat spitting up????

Question

My kitten is 3 months and she has done it three times. she meows and then she throws up or spits up? It was first white stuff like saliva and then some of her cat food. Should I change her kitten food? its kitty Meow mix. When her bowl gets empty I give her a little more like 3 or 4  times maybe. Am I doing anything wrong. ??

You should have her see a veterinarian to make sure there isn't something more serious going on. It doesn't mean you're doing anything wrong, but throwing up (especially in a kitten) can be a sign of a myriad of different things.

I'm a vet, I recommend getting your cat checked out by your vet. She's young so congenital problems are still a high possibility. Those you really want to rule out because they'll cause a lot of problems later on in life. 
One quick fix could possibly be that your kitten is eating too much too fast. Lots of cats have this problem. Try feeding her tiny amounts of food multiple times a day instead of free feeding her. This is the most common issue when cats throw up after they eat.

You're vague on the amount you're feeding her so it's hard to know if you're over feeding her. The bag of cat food should tell you how much food she needs daily. It's also good to consult a vet as well.

My cat threw up constantly with meow mix. I switched him and he's been fine since (except for the occasional hairball).  If there is a Petsmart near you they have vets there that you can see. The kitten could also be eating too much... read the directions on the back of the food and they will tell you based on weight, how much the kitten should be eating a day.

so if your kitten was recently fixed it could be from medications wearing off, if not I'd check and possible plants in your home and also how much she eats. some plants can be toxic to cats and or dogs. so make sure you don't have any plants that will harm them. also if she's spitting up food it could be that she's eating to much. my old cat does this all the time. if you don't think it's either of those I'd take her in, she could habeas a food allergy that you are not aware of. sorry for the long comment hope it helps!!
