Super light brown cm

AF is late by about 6 days. Light cramping, nausea, fatigue, sore boobs, no appetite and some round ligament type pain (this would be 3rd pregnancy) Lots of cm and some of it was very light brown. Anyone had this and was pregnant? I was testing last week and getting bfns. Ran out of tests but plan to test soon.
