Introducing solid food
Hi ladies. My little girl is 4 months old, I am going to wait until she turns 6 months but was thinking ahead about introducing solid food. I do have a session booked next week aimed at this subject but was just wondering what you ladies have/are going to do?
What was the first food you gave, your routine etc?
