Is it wrong for a mother to still co-sleep her 12 year old daughter? Not by choice. The daughter has her own room and refuses to sleep in it. She wont even go upstairs at night without her mom and follows her to every room. They go to bed at the same time and the mom tells her to sleep in her bedroom but she refuses and gets into her moms bed anyway. She wont go on school trips or sleepovers because she cant go anywhere without her mother apparently. She wont even stay at her grandmas house because her mom isnt there. When she is asked why she wont sleep in her own bedroom she says because its not fair on her having to be by herself. She must know its an issue because none of her friends know about it. This is my cousin which is why I know so much. Opinions?
