Preeclampsia Fears and Hypertension
I'm almost 23 weeks and my doctor told me yesterday that I have gestational hypertension. I had a slight headache last night and this morning and am absolutely paranoid about preeclampsia. The nurse said it was probably unrelated but scheduled me for a check early next week just in case. I really need someone to help ease my anxiety. Any statistics, stories, etc. that will make me feel better would be awesome. What happens if I have preeclampsia? What are the odds I can carry my baby to term? Thanks, all!
