One hour embryo transfer 😢

I just had my second transfer using a frozen blastocyst (grade 5BB). My first blastocyst (grade 5AA) ended in an early miscarriage unfortunately. Â The first transfer was but the doctor managed to do it within 20 mins. Â This time rounds things were very difficult.
The first doctor struggled to get the catheter into my uterus for 30mins, she then had to call the senior clinician who took an hour to get the catheter into my uterus. Â It was all very painful and uncomfortable.
Has anyone else experienced a difficult transfer? I was told that if this one did not work then next time I should have a hysteroscopy before the transfer. Has anyone had to do this as well? I am not quite sure how it would help. Â Any thoughts given would be of great help.
