please tell me if I'm crazy

so I am engaged and have a 6 week old baby. I've been home alot so I've been somewhat going crazy. I recently noticed on Instagram that you can see the people you follows history(likes, comments,etc) I don't personally have one but I have one for a clothing line I have and I happen to follow my fiance. I happened to look at the followers and noticed all he seem to like is girl pictures. most are in bikinis some not. immediately I just felt uncomfortable like as if I'm not good enough. especially since im not back to my pre pregnancy weight. I had confronted him and asked him why he liked those kind of pictures. he thought about it for a minute and said to support them. I said wtf to support there nasty pictures. he said no because there his friends. I looked and some pictures he liked live in another state. ughh I just can't it's still happening and I just feel so fake around him bc I know what he's doing. he says it's not a big deal and it's just a "like" am I being crazy or something? I know if I did that to him he would freak!
