Someone please let me know the EARLIEST symptoms of pregnancy. Weeks after conception maybe? Need some info..

I didn't have any, just a missed period. Everyone's different so the only way to know for sure is testing.

Take a test around the time of your period. If you Get a negative and you still aren't bleeding take a test a few days later. Literally the only way to know. You can have a million symptoms because PMS symptoms are the same pretty much as pregnancy.

Mine were badly sore breast including nipples and gagging when brushing teeth and feeling period cramps but no period would come no matter how many days went by just pinkish/ brown discharge that lasted a day.
