Getting in shape
I am 6 weeks 4 days postpartum and I want to start exercising and losing weight before I go back to work in 6 weeks. I am not in any sort of rush but just need to start somewhere and stick with it. What is the best way to do this while breastfeeding? I know we burn an extra 600 calories a day while breastfeeding. I want to do this in as healthy way as possible. Is it better to wait until after I am breastfeeding?
