Elevated Y blood cells... what does this mean?

My doctor said my Y count was a little elevated... does anyone know what this means? Has anyone else experienced this?

There are no Y blood cells. A high WHITE blood cell count means you have some kind of infection going on

If you are pregnant it can be normal to have a slightly raised white cell count
