I'm interested in trying menstrual cups and I need some tips. I hear that they're more comfortable than tampons, but the big thing is that they're more environmentally friendly. Are they easier to insert/remove than tampons? What brand is recommended? Can you wear them in a pool like tampons? Any other useful info would be great, too! I hate the feel of tampons but I want something more environmentally friendly than pads so menstrual cups seem awesome
