Any tips?

I stopped taking BC in January, got back on it for one month and stopped taking it again (it gives me horrible headaches and my husband and I are in the if it happens, it happens stage). Anyway, we are planning to start actually trying soon but I haven't had my period in 2 months! Any tips on kick starting your period back up after stopping BC?

Girl if I knew I would have done it. It took me almost a full year to have a period after stopping my birth control. I would spot a few days here and there but never a full period. And not that I have been regular since April me periods went from 28-32 days when I was in birth control now to 17-20 days. Good luck

Call your doctor! I waited 3 months without getting a period after getting off the pill before calling and she prescribed me provera to induce a period. Now I'm playing the waiting game to see if I'll get it back naturally.
