Being Healthy
I am currently trying to lose weight so that I might be able to get pregnant easier (seeing as to I gained 100 in just a year). What would be some good advice? I can't do a lot of movements because of the pain I get when I start to exercise because of my weight. So I'm trying to lose enough so that I can become active again (use to be a dancer so its KILLING me to even be like this). I just need some insight and help.
